The help desk for software companies
Half of what arrives is a question with an answer that already exists. The other half is a bug, and mixing the two costs both.
Software support has a structural problem: two completely different kinds of work arrive through the same channel. A question needs an answer in minutes; a bug needs a developer, a release and a customer told afterwards. A mailbox treats them identically.
What software support has to separate
Questions and bug reports sit in the same list.
Categories and teams separate them from the first minute. Support answers the questions; what turns out to be a bug is referenced by ticket number in your issue tracker.
The answer to this question exists, somewhere.
The knowledge base holds it and the AI offers the matching article inside the ticket – so the good answer is the one that gets sent.
A fix ships and nobody tells the people who reported it.
The tickets that reported it are still open and still linked to the customer. Closing them is a reply, not an archaeology exercise.
Support quality drops the moment the expert is away.
The history is on the ticket, the knowledge base is shared, and team questions pull a colleague in without leaving the case.

Common questions
Does rapidFOX integrate with Jira or GitHub?
Not directly. Most teams reference the ticket number in the issue and the issue number in the ticket – low-tech, and it survives every tool change.
Can we run support in English and German?
Yes. The interface follows each person's own setting, and customer email goes out in the language set for that company.
Do we get an API?
There is a token-based API used by the mobile app, covering tickets, chat, companies and notifications.
Where does the AI run?
On the same server as your data. Ticket content is not sent to an external AI service, which matters when customers send you logs.
