From a full inbox to a clear ticket
Connect the mailbox you already have. Every message becomes a ticket, every reply goes back out as an email – and the loop closes by itself.
Email is still how most support arrives, and email is the worst place to keep it. An email ticketing system leaves the channel alone and fixes what comes after: the message gets an owner, a status and a deadline, and the exchange stays readable months later.
From an overflowing mailbox to a case you can follow
Enquiries drown between newsletters and internal mail.
The support mailbox is connected separately. Only what arrives there becomes a ticket – and it appears in a list that holds nothing else.
Replies land in a different thread and the history falls apart.
Replies are matched to the ticket by reference, not by subject line. Even a customer who changes the subject stays on the same case.
Attachments are somewhere in the mailbox.
Attachments stay on the ticket, and text recognition makes photos, scans and PDFs searchable. You can find a case by a number that appears only in an image.
Nobody knows whether the customer even got an acknowledgement.
An automatic acknowledgement goes out on arrival, with the ticket reference. What you promised is on the record.

Common questions
Which mailboxes can be connected?
Any mailbox that speaks IMAP and SMTP – Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your own mail server. You enter the details in the settings; no plugin is needed.
Do customers notice that a ticketing system is involved?
Only by the reference in the subject line. Replies come from your own address, in your own wording.
Can several mailboxes be connected?
Yes, one per company and one per team. Mail sent to a team address lands directly with that team.
What happens to spam?
Your mail provider filters as it always did. On top of that, tickets from unknown senders can be held for review rather than assigned straight away.
